MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. — A three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Apple Avenue and Carr Road in Muskegon County sent two people to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Frank and Yvonne Thompson were struck by a southbound vehicle at the intersection after failing to yield, causing their car to overturn and hit a telephone pole. They were transported to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries, and are expected to make a full recovery.
No other injury details were reported by Michigan State Police, and it is unknown how the third vehicle became involved in the crash.
