COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. — Police were called to the scene of a two vehicle accident on Tuesday night.
It happened just after 11 p.m. at West River and Buth drives. Police say the at fault driver was driving southbound on Buth when he rolled through a stop sign.
Another driver, headed westbound on West River, hit the first driver.
The at fault driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and the second driver was not injured.
