GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Grand Rapids police said they are in the process of conducting interviews to determine the events leading up to a 45-year-old woman being struck and killed on 28th street between Division and Madison.
Police say around 2:30am on Sunday, June 23nd a woman was struck first by a Life EMS Ambulance then she was struck again by a yellow Mitsubishi. The second car left the scene according to police.
Police say the woman died from her injuries.
Grand Rapids police are still working to notify the next of kin of the 45-year-old woman from Kalamazoo and are still looking for the driver of the yellow Mitsubishi with the license plate of CNP7406.
