GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-The woman who died after being struck by an ambulance and a car Sunday morning was a mother from Kalamazoo.
Family tells FOX 17 the victim is Diana Bailey, 45.
Bailey’s brother says she was outgoing and had a great sense of humor.
Grand Rapids police say the driver of the car that fled the scene after striking Bailey turned themselves in Monday. They were released pending charges.
