PRAIRIEVILLE, Mich. — A man running from a Prairieville Township police officer crashed and died late Thursday.
The officer had tried to pull the man over for a traffic violation when the 58-year-old drove off.
The pursuit ended when the subject rolled his vehicle on Doster Road near 4 Mile Road in the township. He was not belted in and was ejected, according to the Barry County Sheriff’s Department.
He died at the scene.
