KENTWOOD, Mich- Saturday marks the beginning of stage 3 of the 28th street construction project in Kentwood and Cascade township. Traffic between Patterson Ave. and Kraft Ave. will be shifted onto the newly constructed eastbound lanes and work will continue on the westbound lanes.
A minimum of one lane of traffic will be open at all times in each direction. Drivers will have access to all ramps and businesses at all times during the construction.
