SPARTA, Mich. — A helicopter search joined ground efforts Tuesday afternoon in an attempt to locate missing Sparta woman Colleen Corrigan-Duncan.
Corrigan-Duncan, 51, went missing at 10:30 p.m. Monday after telling a caretaker at her home that she was going to McDonald’s. She left her cell phone and identification behind.
Her family members are concerned because of unsettling statements she made to them in person and on Facebook.
Kent County K-9 Search and Rescue Teams are actively looking in the wooded area and fields near the immediate area around Corrigan-Duncan’s home.
Police are requesting that if anyone may have assisted her with a ride or has seen her or knows of her whereabouts to contact the Sparta Police at 616-887-7331 or Silent Observer 616-454-9110.
