KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Power was knocked out for nearly 2,400 customers in Kalamazoo on Tuesday morning.
According to Consumers Energy, the outage occurred at 7:23 a.m. along W Main Street, not far from Western Michigan University.
It’s not clear what may have caused the outage, and a restoration time has not been given.
In the event that traffic lights are impacted, drivers are reminded to treat intersections as four-way stops.
