WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — Thanks to a cool open to the month of June, there hasn’t been much of a need for air conditioners, and it looks like the comfortable weather will continue for the rest of the week.
This image from our in-house computer model, FOX 17 Future Track HD, shows Friday morning temperatures. It looks like a similar setup for Saturday morning as well. So far in June, all locations have had below normal temperatures. Here is a look at some cities, the total departure from normal, and the average per day since June started:
- Grand Rapids, 23 total degrees, 3.8º per day.
- Muskegon, 28 total degrees, 4.7º per day.
- Kalamazoo, 22 total degrees, 3.7º per day.
