GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Michigan Blood is encouraging donors to make an appointment during the week following Memorial Day to help ensure an adequate blood supply at hospitals around Michigan.
It’s all part of the Give and Go campaign, and as a thank you everyone who attempts to donate will receive a $10 Meijer gas card. Donors will also get the chance to enter a drawing to win a $1000 Meijer gift card.
The Grand Rapids location on Fuller Avenue will participate in the campaign Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Kalamazoo location on East Milham Avenue will participate on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
