WHITE CLOUD, Mich. – A teen was arrested early Saturday morning on one count of criminal sexual conduct in the 1st degree.
Troopers received the report and later found that two victims were involved in the sexual assault.
The 18-year-old White Cloud man was taken to the Newaygo County Jail by Hart Post troopers.
A CSC 1st degree is a felony and holds a maximum penalty of life in prison.Troopers are still investigating the incident with additional charges being sought against the suspect.
