IONIA CO, Mich — A single-vehicle rollover crash sent a woman to the hospital, and closed westbound I-96 at mile marker 62 early Friday morning.
Ionia County Central Dispatch tells FOX 17 that the vehicle rolled over in the median at approximately 12:28 a.m.
When deputies arrived, they found an SUV on its roof, and the 39-year-old female driver partially pinned underneath the vehicle. She was flown to the hospital via Aero Med. Her condition has not been made available at this time.
Police believe alcohol was a factor in this crash.
Both lanes were reopened before 2:30 a.m.
