GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — After a wet week of weather around West Michigan, sunshine returns to the forecast through most of the Memorial Day weekend.
High pressure will deliver sun, but with cooler than average temperatures during the day Friday. Readings will be in the low 60s for most places, although a lake breeze may keep highs in the 50s along the shoreline.
A few high and mid-level clouds will drift into the region Friday night and Saturday. That may help prevent another frosty morning Saturday, but also block out some sunshine especially Saturday morning.
More sun looks to return on Sunday, with only a chance of some showers and storms returning on Monday. Temperatures will gradually climb back into the 70s.
Next week looks warmer and wetter once again; check out the rest of the 7 Day Forecast on the Weather page.
