VAN BUREN COUNTY,Mich. — Michigan State Police responded to a home invasion early Wednesday morning in the 68000 block of CR-380 in Van Buren County. According to the home owners a suspect broke into the home and once confronted the suspect fired a shot in to the home before fleeing the residence.
2 hours later dispatch received a call of a suspicious vehicle parked on CR-380 west of M-140. Troopers from the Paw Paw Post found two subjects with the vehicle and one of the subjects fit the description of the suspect in the Home Invasion. A firearm was also recovered near that vehicle.
