GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Rain is causing flash flooding in Grand Rapids.
As of now, the area has been cleared.
Power outages were reported in NE Kent County and West Montclam County. Around 2,000 residents in Spencer, Montcalm Townships were out of power.
