UPDATE: Mr. Smith was found around 11pm on Saturday and taken back to the medical facility for treatment.
Around 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon, Kent County Sheriff’s responded to a report of a missing person in the area of Forest Hills Ave. and Cascade Rd. SE. After an investigation the Sheriff’s determined that Michael Loren Smith walked away from a medical facility in the area and may need medical treatment.
