GRAND HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 29-year-old man is recovering from unknown injuries Friday morning after his leg got caught in a hay baler.
It happened Thursday afternoon at Berry Family of Nurseries in Grand Haven Township. The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says the baler had jammed, and the victim kicked his foot in it to try and fix it, but his leg became stuck. He was stuck there for about an hour before crews arrived to help. They dismantled the baler and got him loose.
The man was then taken to the hospital. The extent of his injuries are unclear.
