GRAND HAVEN, Mich. – The 25th annual Great Lakes Kite Festival begins Friday evening at Grand Haven State Park.
There will be both indoor and outdoor events planned over the course of the weekend, including the world’s largest outdoor kite store, and an inflatable obstacle course for the kids.
The hours of the festival this year are as follows:
Friday, May 17, 2013
4 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Kite Festival at the Grand Haven State Park beach
7 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Indoor Fly at the White Pines Middle School gym
Saturday, May 18, 2013
10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Kite Festival at the Grand Haven State Park beach
10 p.m. – 11 p.m. – Night Fly at the beach
Sunday, May 19, 2013
11 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Kite Festival at the Grand Haven State Park beach
