KALAMAZOO, Mich. – A broken water main is expected to keep a road in Kalamazoo closed for most of the day on Friday.
Dispatchers say that the broken main is underneath W. Michigan Ave between Monroe Avenue and Western Avenue.
The leak has already led to a partial collapse of the road.
Crews will be on the scene working to fix the issue for much of the day, if not longer. Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
