GRAND RAPIDS,Mich. — Daily (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) lane closures for sidewalk construction and traffic signal installation will be used tomorrow through this Friday on eastbound and westbound M-11 (28th Street) from east of Breton Avenue to Acquest Avenue. Acquest Avenue is located between East Paris Avenue and Patterson Avenue.
