BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – A fight broke out between two men late Thursday night, and ended with one of them shooting the other.
It happened in the area of Carl Ave. and Spring St. in Battle Creek. Police say the two men were walking together, when they got into an argument. One man, identified as Allen Livingston, is accused of shooting the other man, an 18-year-old who has yet to be identified.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he remains in stable condition. Livingston was arrested and will face charges of Assault with Intent, and felony firearm violations.
The shooting remains under investigation.
