A vigil for a mother of five who went missing a couple of weeks ago took place in Garfield Park Monday evening.

The 26-year-old was last seen near the corner of Division and Burton in Grand Rapids around noon on March, 19.

She was wearing black slacks, a white t-shirt and a black, green and yellow scarf tied around her head.

Her family reported her missing Wednesday after she didn’t pick up her daughter from school.

“I miss her. I want her to come home. Her family misses her,” said Wanda Rose, Latrice’s mom.

Latrice’s aunt, Victoria Ezell, said they are grateful for the community’s support through the ordeal.

Family members are asking everyone to pray for her safety.

FOX 17 will have more from Maze’s family Monday at 10 pm.
