UNION TOWNSHIP,Mich. — According to Michigan State Police 30-Year-Old Orlan Carll was a passenger of a vehicle that was pulled over for having an unsecured load. Further investigation led to the arrest of Carll for possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Police found packaged marijuana, and a digital scale. Orian Carll was arraigned on felony drug charges.
