WEST MICHIGAN- Parts of West Michigan took a dive on the Gallup Healthways 2012 well-being report.
Since 2012, Grand Rapids-Wyoming dropped from the 47th spot to 96th for overall well-being.
The evaluation was based on the following six criteria:
- Life evaluation
- Emotional health
- Physical health
- Healthy behavior
- Work environment
- Basic access
Grand Rapids-Wyoming took the largest dive in the Physical Health category, dropping from the 30th spot in 2011 to the 127th spot for 2012.
All the while, the Work Environment category improved slightly rising from 119 spot in 2011 to 101 in 2012.
