HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Two people were injured, one critically, after their vehicles collided at an Ottawa County intersection.
Felipe Enriquez was driving north on 136th Avenue and ran a red light at the intersection of Riley Street in Holland Township, police said.
His vehicle struck the driver’s side door of Brianne Payne’s vehicle.
Payne was transported to Holland Hospital and later to Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids and is listed in critical condition.
Enriquez is listed in stable condition at Holland Hospital.
Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash, which is still being investigated.
