COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Thanks to alert citizens, the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office was able to stop a teenage suspect who was allegedly stealing items out of cars.
It happened Monday night in the area of Homer and Jones in Comstock Township. The sheriff’s department says they were called by neighbors who saw someone going through vehicles. Deputies responded and arrested a 17-year-old male suspect, charging him with several counts of Larceny and possession of marijuana.
The teen suspect is expected to be formally arraigned Tuesday.
