MUSKEGON, Mich. – A man allegedly exposed himself to two children who were playing on a snow bank at a Muskegon elementary school on Saturday.
Muskegon Police Lt. Leah Fenwick, told FOX 17 News the incident happened at the Oakview Elementary School at about 1:00 p.m.
Fenwick said they received a call that a man parked a bright red mini-van with a black strip across the side in the parking lot of the school. That’s when he allegedly exposed him self to two girls.
