ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich. – The man who allegedly broke into an Allegan County home and bit another man’s finger is facing multiple charges.
Zachary Fitts, 21,was arraigned in Allegan County Tuesday on charges of home invasion, assault with dangerous weapon, aggravated assault and habitual offender.
Fitts allegedly broke into a home in Overisel Township at about 9:55 a.m., on Jan. 17.
When Fitts entered the home, the brother of the homeowner said he tried to stop him and a struggle began. That’s when Fitts allegedly bit the man’s finger and told him that he had a gun.
Fitts is being held at the Allegan County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
