On Jan. 5, David and Vivian Bouwman were found dead inside their home from apparent gunshot wounds.

Since that day, members from the community have voiced their outrage. Now, many of them are calling Silent Observer, asking that a reward fund be put into place, in the hopes that someone will come forward with information leading to an arrest.
