Grand Rapids Police are investigating a homicide after a female was found dead late Friday.
Police responded to a home in the 700 block of Prince Street SE at around 11:50 p.m.
The victim was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound, police said.
Police have not determined a motive for the shooting.
An autopsy will be conducted a Blodgett Hospital.
The victim’s identity has not been released at this time.
