Prosecutor: Charges For Suspect In Officer Shooting

MUSKEGON, Mich. – The Muskegon County Prosecutor’s office lists charges pending for suspect Paul Osborn accused of shooting a veteran police officer Sgt. Monica Shirey.

The shooting happened after a domestic incident call early Saturday morning. Shirey received non-life threatening injuries.

Osborn is still in the hospital and is set to be charged soon with the following charges of assault with intent to murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, felony firearm charges, domestic violence as well-being a 4th habitual offender.
