GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Grand Rapids Police Department (GRPD) reports Roberta Taylor has been missing since Wednesday morning.
Taylor lives at River Valley Hope Network in Grand Rapids. Police report she weighs around 165 pounds standing 5-feet 6-inches.
She has diminished cognitive ability and is believed to be confused.
