President Ford’s Personal Items Up For Auction

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – Ever wanted to own a piece of history? Now you can. Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids is auctioning off items owned by Present Ford, to help benefit the  $15 million Student Learning Center next to the museum.

There are more than 50 lots with everything from clothes and hats, to President Ford’s personal briefcase and small ceramic collectables. The starting bids on the items range from $150 to several thousand dollars.

The online auction has already started at HA.com. A live auction will be held at Heritage Auctions in Dallas on December 11th, at 11 a.m.  CST.
