MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich.– A Twin Lake man accused of raping a teenager is facing charges for a possible life-long felony.
Steven Michael Rose, 49, repeatedly raped the minor in question between January 1, 2011 and September 15, 2016. The accusations were brought upon by one of the minor’s family members.
Rose was arraigned on September 30 with his bond set at $150,000, and was charged Friday with first degree criminal sexual conduct involving penetration of a minor between the ages of 13 and 16.
The charge brought against Rose is a felony that could result in a life-long prison sentence. A preliminary examination is set for October 17 at 10:30a.m.
