GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.- FOX 17 has an update on a 15-year-old boy who continues searching for his forever home.
We introduced you to Trevor in August, a very sweet, funny kid who loves to draw and be outside.
He's a high school sophomore who's on the honor roll with history as his favorite subject.
He's been in the foster system since age eight, giving him seven years to dream about what it would be like to have a family.
“I see my other friends having families and I`m like, gee, I wish that was me,” he said. “I just want a family and a place to call home.”
Trevor did not have the right family come forward to adopt him after our piece aired last month, so we wanted to tell you about him again to make sure this time he finds the right home.
If you’d like to adopt Trevor or another child, call Orchards Children’s Services at 855-694-7301.
