A 14-year-old wanted for home invasion, sexual assault and felony firearms violations has turned himself in to the Muskegon Police Department.
Police announced this afternoon that Teddius C. Patterson of Muskegon was accompanied by a family member when he gave himself up between 11 p.m. and midnight Saturday.
Patterson is now being held in the Muskegon County Youth Home awaiting arraignment on the charges in Muskegon County Juvenile Court on Monday.
The charges stem from a June 22 incident at an apartment complex in the 500 block of Margaret Street in Muskegon where a woman reported a home invasion and being sexually assaulted.
