MUSKEGON COUNTY -
Kevin Charles Miller, 26, of Muskegon County was arraigned in federal court on five different charges in Grand Rapids today.
Miller was set to be charged for his state/local case in Grand Haven circuit court today, but U.S. Marshals picked him up for the federal charges instead.
The charges include three counts of sexual exploitation of children and production of child pornography, transportation of child pornography, and possession of child pornography.
All of these charges stem from federal court, his case in Ottawa County is still pending.

A nationwide internet investigation leads to Muskegon County, where police found more than 30,000 child pornography images.
Twenty six-year old Kevin Charles Miller is charged with the rape of a young boy and investigators think more victims are out there.
Muskegon County Prosecutor Tony Tague is working with the FBI, who found images online that led to Miller.
They searched Miller's home where neighbors say he lives with his parents.
Investigators found three hard drives with thousands of photos and videos that may now be all over the internet.
"We were able by examining those, to determine that there were local victims and that some of the pornography was manufactured locally," said Tague.
They found one local victim, a 6-year old boy. But Tague didn't want to talk about his relationship to Miller or where they met.
Miller works at the Torco gas station near the home. The owner says he's a great employee, described as "trustworthy" and "a good guy."
Matt Roest and Rebecca Krikke live a few doors down with thier one-year old daughter.
"See him every day up at the gas station, real skidish kind of guy, never look you in the eye when you talk to him," said Roest who also went to high school with Miller. "Kind of knew something was a little different about him."
Tague said Miller's name online was Trade 3-13.
"I'm mostly into boys age three to 13, and diapers," Tague said, reading from Miller's alledged online postings.
No one answered the door at the home.
Most neighbors didn't seem to know Miller at all.
Investigators are hoping the people who do, come forward.
Tague expects a long-term investigation. Pornography charges are on the way for Miller, possibly on the federal level.
The FBI is looking into how widely exchanged the material was online.
Miller's in the Muskegon County Jail charged with three counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct. That's a felony punishable by up to life in prison, with a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years.
Miller has one other felony conviction: fleeing and eluding police, and destruction of police property in 2006.
