Belding police has been informed that family members of Joshua Lee Ahrens found the teen walking on 108th Street just south of Clarksville around 4:00 p.m. Family reported Ahrens was in good spirits and is happy to be heading home.

Investigators are trying to get the word out about a teenager that was reported missing early this morning. 17 year old Joshua Lee Ahrens reportedly left his residence in Belding sometime after 10:00 p.m. Sunday.
He was first discovered missing around 6:00 a.m. Officials say Ahrens is Autistic, but highly functioning. They believe he's en-route to Indiana.
He was last seen wearing a green-moss colored nylon vest with a black t-shirt, along with dark jeans and black tennis shoes.
Anyone that may have information on his whereabouts is asked to call Belding Police at 1(616) 794-1900.
