GRAND RAPIDS -
Two people sustained minor injuries when they suffered gunshot wounds outside a Grand Rapids bar early Saturday.
The Grand Rapids Police Department was called to a report of shots fired in a parking lot on the west side of Julian's 2, 2053 Division Ave. South, at 2:02 a.m. GRPS said that upon arriving officers discovered two people had been shot and that both sustained minor injuries.
Police said the incident involved two separate groups of people who had congregated in the parking lot. They said the groups and victims were uncooperative with officers, that they do not yet know the reason behind the shootings and that that will be determined by detectives on Monday.
The incident remains under investigation.
